This week UC Davis ENT resident Dr. Anuj Patel spoke at the American Academy of Otolaryngology Annual Meeting in Miami, FL. His talk focused on medical applications for Augmented Reality. Specifically the use of AR in navigating craniomaxillofacial surgery. In the talk he reviewed UC Davis's 23 CMF surgical cases completed to date, and identified key areas where AR has been the most useful.
The findings presented represented the work of co-authors Brad Strong, Alexander P.
